Orders and Shipping

You generally receive your items within 10-15 days from the date of purchase. This exclude 3 – 5 days processing period. Some states and remote places may take upto 25 days.

Creating a account with us to make an order is optional. You can create an account by accessing the My Account link from the top right of our site.

It is not possible to change your shipping address once you placed and order and your order is processed. So, double check your shipping address before you finalize and order with us. However, you can contact us within 6 hours of place your order to request for change of your shipping address.

We provide unique tracking number with tracking url to check your order status. Tracking ID is generated with 48 hours of the order processing. You can also access the Track Your Order link from our site to check your order status.

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

We accept returns within 30 days after you received your product. All return items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with original tags still intact. Return shipping is paid by costumer. All items are inspected upon receipt to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies, and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you. We do not provide complimentary return shipping for the moment.
